Can I put other beverages in there besides water?
That depends on the which product you have.
Stainless Steel FuelSip®, FuelSip® Kids: Not for use with hot, carbonated, or perishable liquids.
40oz Tumbler, 24oz Tumbler: Holds cold, carbonated, and hot drinks.
FlowSip®: Holds cold, carbonated, and hot drinks.
NOTE: Always use caution when using with hot drinks. Never use this product with liquids hot enough to scald as hot liquids can cause burns. For further instructions and warnings when using hot or carbonated beverages please see individual product care guides.
Can Flaskhydro bottles be washed in the dishwasher
Stainless Steel Bottles
Your lids and straws are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, to keep your stainless steel cup's beautiful finish looking its best, we strongly recommend hand-washing it. While technically dishwasher safe, hand-washing will help preserve its appearance over time.

Never microwave your stainless steel bottles. Seriously, unless you want to end up in one of those "fail videos" on YouTube, we strongly recommend you follow this advice!
Plastic Bottles
While the plastics used in Flaskhydro brand products are BPA- and phthalate-free, microwaving is very strongly discouraged. The leak-proof seal can cause pressure to build up inside the bottle when heating, which might make the lid or flip cap open unexpectedly and spray contents. Avoid the mess and potential danger by keeping your Flaskhydro plastic bottles out of the microwave.
When will my order be delivered?
In general, shipments in the United States take about 5-8 business days from the date of fulfillment. For a more specific answer, use the tracking number that was provided with your receipt.

Please rinse your bottle thoroughly before its first use. The lid is safe to clean on the top rack of your dishwasher. To help maintain the bottle's exterior finish, we recommend washing the body by hand. Avoid using strong cleaning agents like bleach or abrasive products.
Important Safety Information
Do not place your Flaskhydro bottle in the microwave, freezer, or immerse it in boiling water.
This product is not intended for use with hot, fizzy, or perishable beverages. Using it with heated, carbonated, or perishable contents can result in pressure build-up. This may cause leaks or unexpected spray, and pressurized contents could also force the lid to open quickly, potentially injuring fingers near the spout hinge. Always open carefully.
To prevent unintentional opening, ensure the button area is clear of contact with other items. For added safety, secure the loop over the button when not in use.
Caution: Drinking hot liquids may cause burns or injury. The straw design can deliver a rapid flow of liquid from the bottom of the bottle, where temperatures may be higher than at the surface—especially with hot drinks.

How do I clean the different parts of my Flaskhydro bottles?
Easy Care for Your Flaskhydro
At Flaskhydro, we believe great design extends to easy upkeep. While care might vary slightly by part, we've made sure cleaning your bottle is simple and hassle-free.
Lids
All Flaskhydro lids are top-rack dishwasher safe and built for straightforward cleaning. For a deep clean, simply remove the spout gasket using its built-in tab and wash it separately. For any tight spots, a sponge or narrow cleaning brush works great. Pre-soaking parts in distilled white vinegar can help loosen buildup in hard-to-reach areas.
Straws
Flaskhydro straws are removable and dishwasher safe. For a thorough clean, just place them in your dishwasher's silverware basket.
Cups
If your cup is made from plastic, it’s safe to go on the top rack of your dishwasher. For stainless steel models, we recommend hand-washing with warm, soapy water to help preserve that beautiful finish.
Are Flaskhydro bottles freezer safe?
Freezing Instructions
Stainless Steel
We get it – you want your liquids icy cold! While our stainless steel bottles are technically freezer safe, their triple-layer insulation is designed to keep your drinks cold for hours without freezing the bottle itself. Instead of freezing the entire bottle, we simply recommend adding a few ice cubes. It's just as effective!
Plastic
We do not recommend freezing Flaskhydro plastic bottles. Like most plastic bottles, ours can become brittle and more prone to cracking or breaking when frozen. If you decide to freeze the contents anyway, please make sure you leave room at the top and keep the lid open – remember, contents expand when frozen! (That's elementary-school science for you.)
How do I modify or cancel my Flaskhydro order?
We get it—mistakes happen!
If you just placed your order (within the last 10 minutes), there's still a chance we can update it. Give us a call during business hours, and we'll do our best to help you out.
If it's been a bit longer, your order might already be in the preparation stage, and we may not be able to make changes at that point.
But don't worry—if we can't edit your order, you can always submit a return request. We'll be happy to guide you through the return process.
